Refund policy

Since American Brass Press is a digital-only publisher, our products can't be "returned" in any meaningful way. Once an order is fulfilled and the customer downloads their sheet music in PDF format, we have to assume they have access to the intellectual property forever. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Additionally, since our sheet music is delivered instantly upon the placement of an order, we can't cancel an order after it's been placed.

However, if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, we want to know! Fill out our contact form or email us at nk@americanbrasspress.com, and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
